More than halfway!

I am more than halfway finished with bed rest. I have been here 18 days and have 16 more to go. Connor is doing wonderfully, he is growing and getting ready for the real world. I am also getting ready, it seems unbelievable to think that when I leave the hospital it will be with my little boy! I am going to be a mother or mommy, whatever I end up being called. Maybe we will go with something a little less formal than "mother"!

Lots of Hair!

This morning I had another sonogram and Connor has a head full of hair! It was moving in the amniotic fluid like little worms wiggling! He was practicing his breathing again which is a very good sign. When we saw him he was sleeping and not wanting to get up for the sonographer. She wiggled the wand to wake him up an he was not very happy. It is fun to see his personality already. I can't wait to have him here, April 16th can't get here soon enough!

Two weeks down, three more to go! Today has gone by pretty fast, Jay brought my lunch and I am making cards for my students. The Internet has been a lifesaver and I look at different things on line a lot of the day. Connor is doing fabulous, he just had the hiccups and you could watch my stomach moving up and down with each one. He likes to sit like a "little chicken" with his bottom up and it makes my stomach go into a really weird shape! Twenty more days until he is here and I am a mommy! :)

Day 13 in the Hospital

Well, another day has passed and we are one more closer to having Connor here with us! I did another test yesterday and my numbers are back up, so my hopes of being sent home are crushed. The doctor said Connor looks good, getting bigger and practicing his breathing. He is still very active and likes to kick box in the morning to wake up his mommy!

Connor Evan George

Welcome to Connor's website!

He will be here April 16th if not sooner. We are anticipating his arrival and can't wait to see him and hold him in our arms! He is a little over 5 pounds and growing everyday. He has a full head of hair and moves like an acrobat!
